The analysis of your building reveals what is wet and how wet it is which allows us to develop a selective demolition plan and a specific drying protocol utilizing commercial dehumidifiers and air movers.

By monitoring the changing conditions of the building materials daily we confirm that the drying protocol is working and document the building’s return to dry standard condition as defined by the IICRC S500.
